Great location, staff are really wonderful. Always helpful in transport, phone sim, all trips and advice on what to do in the area. The rooms are very clean and bed’s super comfortable, they provide water, kettle and fridges as well as a room safe. Very good at ensuring you have all you need. The breakfast we had included was so nice with plenty of options and you can have as much as you like 🤩 would highly recommend. A lovely plus is that it’s located on a street with a locals market of fresh produce which is beautiful by day. They have discounted pricing at a massage and beauty salon which is a great place to try out too.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of all the places that we wanted to explore. We had a very spacious room with a balcony. The breakfast was outstanding, with so many options to choose from! We initially had a booking issue, but Jessica was quickly able to sort it out for us. I cannot commend her enough for her effort! Anna was another friendly and helpful receptionist who assisted us as well. We also booked a very enjoyable Halong Bay trip through them. Highly recommend this hotel!

Everyone who works here is lovely. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel very welcome. They even offer you a delicious tea when you enter and every time you sit in the lobby. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of food options, and they make sure you’re completely satisfied. They are very kind and helpful when resolving any issues. We are very happy to have chosen this place for our stay in Hanoi.

Very good hotel at a prime location and approachable to various tourists spot. Hotel is full of friendly staffs and the breakfast was excellent. For vegetarian food, you may have to ask them else the choices of non-veg were excellent. Overall, a hotel worth the stay. Kudos to the team !!!

Location was excellent. The staff was MEGA friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and you could order many different things. It was also very convenient that they had a water dispenser to refill our bottles.

The staff here go absolutely above and beyond to accomodate your stay here, especially Jessica, Ruby and Anna. From the get go, staff promptly responded and communicated to us when needed. Upon arrival, we were greeted with tea, a list of places to eat/visit and upgraded to a larger room free of charge. Location was perfect and very central, allowing us to explore the entire city. Highly recommend this accomodation.
