It was my wife’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make the occasion special. We thoroughly enjoyed the warm welcome, the beautifully arranged birthday decorations, and the delicious cake prepared for her. The staff were exceptionally supportive and attentive throughout.

Everything, a stunning hotel in the heart of Hanoi, the big was very spacious, the bathroom was delightful, the bed so so comfy, breakfast delicious, the restaurants at the hotel are stunning and the staff was extremely helpful

Everything was so perfect that we had one of the best experiences of all time! The room is very stylish and elegant, the staff is great and the best thing is the breakfast! We also had our dinner at restaurant Backstage which is one of the greatest cuisines we ever tasted!
