Probably some of the best service from staff I’ve ever had in a hotel. The reception and welcome team are brilliant. Location is also great for seeing all the main spots in Hanoi.

Had a 4 th floor deluxe room in the extension wing and it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast restaurant was small but had a good spread and a good view of f the city too.

couldn’t flaw this properly. It was absolutely brilliant, staff were so helpful and kind. nothing was ever too much and they always had a smile on their face. location was brilliant. room was clean and had everything you need. I was allowed to leave my bag and even use their spa shower in late afternoon as I was getting a night bus. thank you so much for a great stay.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Made my stay pleasant and enjoyable. Breakfast choice was good and it has nearby a lot of nice restaurants and cafes. I would return if I come back
