Great location close to sword lake and water puppet theatre. Our room had a view of the lake - there is also a sky bar on top of the sister hotel which is open air and has views to sword lake. Staff really friendly and helpful- Alice, Roger and Anthony - thank you !

Very accessible location nearby the lake and old quarters. Great value for money. Service staff are conversant in English, extremely hospitable and attentive to our requests. Pre-packed breakfast was available upon request as we had to catch a morning flight. Room was kept clean and tidy. We chanced upon the janitor diligently mopping every corner of the room and bath. Respectable efforts by the team at Bella Rosa.
