Staff/customer service outstanding. Ms Ha and Stewy were eagerly helpful and kind. The owner addressed and resolved a hot water issue immediately. There was some remodeling going on that was not the hotel's fault. Good location to Lake and quarter and other tourist areas. Great experience with shuttle to airport. Roomy room. Great maid service. Excellent value. The only improvement i see is breakfast on-site.

The location 10/10... most things were within 5 mins walk. Maximum walking to any notable attractions were 12 minutes e.g. train street...the best experience 😊. Open street so cars can get down it, bonus if you have heavy luggage. We booked a room without windows but it wasn't claustrophobic and the lift works 😊rooms are also available with balcony. The staff literally could not ask for a better team!!!! Mint, Stewie and Hanna exceeded our expectations from booking to departure!!! My luggage was lost due to connecting flights and they had a taxi service wait for 3 hours whilst we sorted out the issue. They also checked daily as we waited 6 days for our things to be retrieved!! Can't thank them enough. They also made recommendations for where we could purchase items,local eateries and things to do... each member of staff contributes to the wholesome unit. Great local knowledge. We booked our excursions through them as they charge the same prices as others outside, plus saves the hassle of organising pick up and drop offs. Highly recommend and if I come back to Hanoi I will definitely be staying here again. It was very clean and safe.

The hotel is located on a great street, within walking distance to lots of cafes and the night market. The manager, Ms Hannah, is wonderful. She is very attentive and provided a map and a list of suggestions around the Old Quarter and other districts!! It was super easy to rent a bike with Ms Hannah's help as well. The room was great with comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay!
