We loved our stay here. The location is very central and in close proximity to many places in the old quarter. We were also able to leave our bags after check out which was great.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay & Excellent Service – Highly Recommended! We booked 2 nights at Ancient Lane Hotel during our first stay in Hanoi, and I’m really glad to share our great experience here. Even before we arrived, the staff contacted us to ask about our arrival time and helped arrange transfer options. When we reached the hotel a bit early, they kindly allowed us to check in early — which felt amazing after a long flight! The next day, the lovely receptionist Jesszy recommended a Halong Bay tour with a very good price. She arranged a 5-star cruise for us, including a comfortable bus and a fantastic guide named Dylan. The excursion was absolutely amazing — smooth, professional, and unforgettable! I highly recommend booking any tours directly through the hotel. It’s safer and more reliable than trying your luck with street vendors or unknown agencies — plus, the staff genuinely care and take responsibility to ensure everything goes well. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable, with fresh towels, bottled water, and 24-hour service. All the reception girls were super friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Thank you to the whole team at Ancient Lane Hotel for making our vacation so enjoyable and comfortable. 😊 We will definitely come back again!

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean. Close to the gym and convenience store. Also 5 minute walk to the famous train railways
