The staff were lovely and so accommodating. We got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. Beds were so comfortable and location was great!

The hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Really enjoyed my stay! Ms. Mai was so friendly and welcoming, reaching out before my stay and during my stay. The room was great, bed comfortable, perfect size for me. I forgot to ask to have my room made up twice and both days I came home to fresh towels and water left outside my door waiting for me, which was a lovely touch. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the action but my room was still peaceful and quiet. They also offer guests discounts on the massages at their spa. Would HIGHLY recommend! I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Hanoi. Thank you so much team!
