The room is fully equipped, the staff welcomes us. On a cold, rainy day in Hanoi, it was wonderful when a heater and hot water were prepared in the room. an experience worth the money

Room is quite spacoius, matrases are quite comfortable to sleep. it was tea, coffee and water free of charge in the room refiled on daily base

Easy check in process, lovely bedrooms as per photos, had space for bike parking with security guard for extra reassurance will be back!
