Very polite and helpful personal, try to solve all the problems. We arrived for one night before next flight and ask for taxi from aeroport and to the center of Hanoi for walking. In spite of late time we put the taxi almost immediately.

We stayed here one night on our way to the airport. The location was perfect and the staff arranged a car to the airport for us at 4am! The drive to the airport was very speedy. The room was large and the bed was clean and comfortable :) Great place for a quick airport related stay!

This hotel is just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport. It is perfect for early flights. The location is quiet. Rooms are well-equipped. Breakfast is served from 6:30 am to 9 am with generous portions. Just don’t expect a buffet. 😉

We booked the hotel because it was close to the airport and provided a shuttle to get us to our flight the next day, so it was very efficient for that purpose. A little hard to find, as it is tucked away down a narrow road, but the family room I reserved was nice and big and comfortable for our last night in Vietnam. Decent bun cha for breakfast too, though the other options weren't as impressive.
