The service was beyond expectations! From checking in to leaving, we were met with very friendly and helpful reception staff. Our needs were accommodated and we really felt welcome. Thank you very much to everyone in the reception staff! The room was quiet. It had a very comfortable bed, and I loved that the baby bed was as good. A lot of hotels have baby beds without mattresses or proper beddings, but this one had it. The toiletries for baby was also a lovely touch. The online check in and out were also very convenient.

I requested a quiet room, and the friendly staff provided one overlooking the inner courtyard, so I could enjoy the peace and get a good rest. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended!

Staff were friendly and checkin was seamless. Room was clean and and had basics. Breakfast was delicious had a good selection and was fresh.

Thank you to the reception manager Rudy, for her attentive and friendly attitude! The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere, with clean and cozy rooms, a modern interior, and a comfortable bed. We will definitely come back again and will recommend this hotel to our friends!
