Please note that there is a fee of EUR 8 and a refundable deposit of EUR 20 for guests who wish to rent cooking equipment. When you book the breakfast extra the price is 19,00€ per person(including VAT 19%).Please also note that children below the age of 13 years can only be accommodated with an accompanying adult. Children between 13 and 17 years of age need to provide a document of parental authorisation upon arrival. Please directly contact the hotel for the relevant authorisation form. Please note : Only dogs are allowed in our house.

What a fantastic location. We loved the whole building! The reception staff were professional and very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent with massive windows and great kitchenette. The breakfast was delicious!
