Location excellent. Room facilities good- a kettle- yay! Good breakfast and a nice outdoor bar for a night cap. .

As the name says: the hotel is very centrally located in Hanover, next to the railway station, with most attractions within walking distance. Good breakfast buffet. The hotel has been here since 1889, so it is more 'traditional' than 'modern'.

The room size is good enough, and the receptionists are friendly. The hotel offers a good deal on car parking (€12 per night). Its location is excellent, and the minibar is free to use, which is a very thoughtful touch.

Particularly impressed by the free mini-bar, something other larger hotel brands could learn from. More give than take, it creates a positive vibe. Breakfast was ample, with an individual welcome with coffee on arrival. Colours in room gave a pleasant ambiance and warm feeling. Opposite the station, location was perfect for me. Would come again if in area.
