The staff were incredible! Travelling with a baby I was doing a lot of washing and while out exploring I would come back to find it all dried back in my room. The fully equipped large industrial kitchen was brilliant. The towels available to take to the hot springs also saved money. The location you couldn't ask for a better spot! We walked everywhere and far enough away from the pub it wasn't loud.

We especially loved the communal lounge with open fire, and the adjacent dining room and kitchen - that allowed us and others to bring takeaways back!

Excellent in all aspects except the key for the door did not work very well room 19. Hopefully it can be improved. Other than that superb place to stay .
