Friendly hosts, good size room, very clean and tidy, bonus was towels available for use at the hot pools

Staff were super friendly and helpful on arrival. Had the heaters going in the rooms as it was late and very cold when we finally arrived and recommended a great place for dinner. As we said we were going to the hot pools, there were specific towels we could use instead of ours. Saved an extra load of washing on our return home! Very grateful.
