Very nicely decorated hotel with lovely view. The staff was very friendly. . Good location for visiting all highlights in Hanghzou.

Prior to check-in, staff provided clear instructions to property. As the hotel had a cafe along with it, during our stay, staff gave us free scones that served as light breakfast for us. During check-in and after check-in, staff were also very helpful in helping us carry our luggage into our rooms and onto our rides.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Even the language barrier was not a problem as they all had a translation app. Brilliant little hotel close to the mountains and a short walk from the lake. If you're looking for a small, comfortable, quiet place and a nice cozy cafe to enjoy your time in tranquility, look no further!

The hotel is situated in a small, quiet area, it's near West Lake and getting around the city is quite easy from this location. All of the staff were quite helpful and welcoming! We will definitely stay here again in the future.
