terrific natural setting providing an oasis from massage course I was enrolled in for fortnight; this is my first trip to Chiang Mai, and having a restorative, clean and friendly setting was key for me

Loved my one night here. Alistar and Nok are so sweet and they have the sweetest dog. Love staying here, and could have stayed much longer.

Though I live in Thailand I needed somewhere close to a particular place I was visiting to save me having to get up and drive early in the morning. Rice Barn and Rooms fitted the bill perfectly - and the room I chose has a bath - ahh, such a treat! My stay was very brief as I arrived early evening and had to leave early the next morning but I was met by one of the owner's, Nok, who was absolutely charming and very helpful. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

Homely and welcoming, what a lovely spot on the outskirts of Chiang Mai. We recharged our old batteries and now feel ready to set off again traveling Northern Thailand.
