Location was ideal for the NEC or the Airport. The owner went out of her way to be friendly and runs a fantastic luxury B&B. The cooked breakfast was lovely and the additional self service choice on offer was excellent.

Nicely situated in a quiet haven of nature and greenery. Welcoming and delightful when you see the property on entry along the driveway. Parking accessible. The host was very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The host had knowledge of local area. Room was spacious, decor was wonderful and nicely laid out. Refreshments including squash sachets and biscuits were welcomed. The room also had first aid kit and other additional items that may be helpful during your stay. I had my own patio seating which looked on to the front of the property where there was a water fountain and could hear birdsong, joyous company over a cuppa. The breakfast room provided a plethora of breakfast items, I was spoilt for choice.

Welcomed by Vicky, who kindly allowed us to check in early. Rooms were spacious, clean, and really well equipped. Breakfast was amazing - good choice and well presented. Vicky was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was fantastic, the location, accommodation, and delicious breakfasts! The host is a very lovely lady, very helpful and welcoming, and makes a cracking breakfast too! We'll look forward to staying again next time we visit the area.

Amazing, guest houses do not get much better than this. Very spacious room, spotlessly clean and an en-suite bathroom to match. Everything in the room you could want. Vicky also cooks an amazing breakfast and has to be the most friendliest host from meet and greet to breakfast. First class all round and excellent value for money. Highly recommended and thankyou xx

I was extremely impressed with the guesthouse. The host Victoria was so lovely, helpful and welcoming. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. I had everything I needed. Breakfast was wonderful. All together it exceeded my expectations and was great value for money!

Fabulous location for NEC, lovely room, Vicky was brilliant . Breakfast was very good. Very clean and lots of little touches which added to the experience of the stay. We would stay again.
