It's a nice cozy budget friendly resort with a great view. Banu & Prakash took care of all our stay needs & provided great help. My recently visited Banana Tree & I stayed there for 2 nights with my friends. Banu arranged a transport (pick-up & drop-off from railway station) for us on a very short notice. They have 3 types of room options. You can do camping in tents or glamping in wooden cabins. Prakash who looks after the restaurant, offers undivided attention to all your queries & eager to help at any time of the day. He guided us for local sightseeing & accompanied us to the activity site as well. Property is approx 3km from Sanapur lake. They arranged 2 wheelers for us. Resort is pets friendly.

The place is simple. Rooms are with basic facilities for comfortable stay, functional in-house Veg restaurant, nothing much to complain as a short stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall nice place!

The property owner and staff were always there to help you and accommodate the needs. It’s located the other side of the river distant from the main central touristic place so you can enjoy tranquil country side ambience of India. I had to check in 4 in the morning arriving by sleeper bus from Bangalore but that check in was smooth and so was my entire stay there. Motorcycle was arranged on time and staff was warm and welcoming my daughter. Especially manager Abu was efficient and proactive of anything arised during our stay.
