We enjoyed everymoment there. The staff are amazing, Mr. Khaled who is the manager of reservation is amazing person, very helpfull, treated us like VIP. We had one problem with our room then he sorted out so quick, he upgraded our room to very big suit for the family and offered us a dinner meal for the whole stay. We felt very welcomed from the whole staff starting from front desk Lya, kids club who is very professional Hana, training coach Ahmed, entertaiment Dali , security, restaurant staff and of course Mr. Khaled he is the top person. I recommended this hotel for all special family as it deserve every pound spent there.

We stayed at The Mirage for 3 nights during low season. We were greeted by a welcome drink and our villa was very spacious and comfy. The overall experience was very positive, with good breakfast and various facilities on site (even though due to the weather we didn't get to experience the pools). The kids club was a great plus.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel The Mirage Resort & Spa, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The accommodation was nothing short of perfect – comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed to ensure a relaxing stay. A special thanks to the General Hotel Director and the Reception Director and their team for maintaining such high standards and creating a truly wonderful atmosphere. It was evident that every detail was thoughtfully considered to make guests feel special. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious experience.

Vey friendly staff, and extremely clean hotel. We had a special treat of a free dinner as a welcome gesture for mom and I. We both really enjoyed the hotel and the staff.

A special thank you to Slimani Khaled, the Head of Accommodation, for the warm welcome and exceptional assistance throughout my stay. His professionalism truly stood out. The entire team at The Mirage was remarkable, ensuring top-notch service and a memorable experience. I would also like to highlight Saber from the restaurant for his exceptional service and attention to detail, which made dining a real pleasure. I am already looking forward to returning for a long stay and enjoying once again the impeccable hospitality this resort offers. Highly recommended!
