From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Check-in was smooth, the bellboy was polite, and the animation team were warm and welcoming without being over the top. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, the air con worked well, and water was replenished daily. Lifeguards were friendly and happy to chat, and even the management team took the time to ask how our stay was going. These small touches made a big difference. But the absolute highlight of our stay was the pool bar staff. They were fantastic. Genuinely kind, attentive, and fun to chat to. They remembered our drinks and brought them over without us even asking. It’s rare that staff make such a lasting impression, but they really did. Their warmth and energy added something extra to each day and honestly made the holiday for us. The main restaurant was also excellent. There was a huge variety of fresh food, from salads and hot mains to desserts and fruit. We never had to queue long, even for things like the omelette station, and there was a daily chef’s special that added some lovely variety. Plenty of vegetarian options were available, which we really appreciated. The waiters made the effort to remember our preferences and even set our table up accordingly each day. It all felt very personal and well run. The resident cats were another lovely touch. There weren’t too many of them and they were calm, clean and affectionate without being a nuisance. We found them quite sweet.

Food was very varied and good. Pools were clean and well maintained. Set-up of hotel really nice. Staff very friendly and helpful.
