The location is very good, not noisy. The sea and a swimming pool are nearby, which is very convenient. Sun loungers were always available, there was a bar next to the pool, and near the pool there was a place where you could also eat (very tasty and a large selection of dishes). There was a variety of entertainment programs for vacationers by the pool. The rooms were tidy, and the cleaning staff was very sharp—without any request, when my wife wanted a higher pillow, an extra pillow was left in a bag by the room door! The food in the restaurant was very tasty and there was a very large selection. The hotel staff was very pleasant and caring (whether in the restaurant, at the pool, or elsewhere!)

Fantastic Hotel and absolutely amazing service from the staff including the animation team who go out of their way to make your stay truly exceptional. Also the food choice was brilliant for every meal. Hotel is worthy of a 5 star rating.

The extremely friendly staff, the maid was exceptionally helpful and good, made my room fresh and tidy room (2052.) I have been to his hotel several times all the staff has changed apart from 3 persons. You never go hungry here, and the staff will bend over backwards to help any way they can. I feel every time I come here, I go home sad and not wanting to leave. I use the massage every time I come and omg I got the most amazing package and left feeling a million dollars
