We had an enjoyable stay here, great location as we were beside the beach (2 mins walk). The staff were all really friendly, including the cleaner, Khadija who was so kind and sweet to us, always accommodating us whenever we needed new towels or the room cleaned. The kitchen staff also so helpful, for example we bought a pomegranate fruit and the kitchen staff helped to cut it for us and show us how to get all the seeds out. Bechir who organised the tours at the hotel was always kind to us and he helped us to book on the Quad Bike tour of Hammermet Hills which was superb! Well recommended and lots of fun as the Quad bikes seemed to have no limits on the speed! Yusin at the beach was also really helpful. He made sure all the guests were well looked after and he was very kind. Semi on reception desk was also helping us with our French whenever we saw him and was always smiling. Leila also was very patient with us and helped us to get a shower after we checked out which was really helpful. Amine was so polite, friendly, personable and always wanted to help, including introducing us to the breakfast prepared daily by the hotel which had resulted in savings for us (15 dinas per person which is about £4) and there was a great selection of food, including hot croissants, scrambled egg, cheese, sometimes chef made pancakes, fresh salads, teas and coffees.
