Helpful host with good restaurant suggestions etc. Great location on a quiet street next to a large park within walking distance of the river. Comfy beds. Lovely large quiet suite.

Loved how spacious it was, all details thought of, including breakfast facilities and snacks. Very modern and everything felt cosy. Bed was comfortable and the views of the dog park lovely, it also makes a nice walk too. Close to Chartwell, Te Awa and most other things, including the river. Would happily stay again.
