They had gluten-free options, I am celiac. I had no issues. The service was excellent. I got a text as soon as we checked in to see if there was anything that I needed. There was snacks. The pool was okay, pretty basic. It was an 8 minute walk from the TD Coliseum in Hamilton. Lots of restaurants around to walk to. Parking was easy there were lots of spaces right by the elevator doors. Our room faced the lake, it was actually quite surprisingly beautiful for an inner city hotel.

The room was really nice. The double shades on the windows made the room nice and dark at bedtime. The bed was really comfortable. I liked how much room there was in the bathroom and the liquid soap and lotion at the sink.

Aesthetics, functionality, flow of decor was pleasing to the naked eyes. 5min drive from nearby attractions and a cliche of unique bars and restaurants .Newer hotel, friendly, fast, convenient snack bar. Great breakfast. Safe and secure underground parking. Easy access to and from the location. Vanity and shower gels, hand soap, body lotion have an outstanding aroma. No drama, perfect night out on the town!
