Stayed 2 nights.Visiting waitamo caves and hobbiton.Room next to bathroom was very warm as no air con and next to boiler and was small double room.bed was very soft and creaky.otherwise a good place to stay for 5 people

Very beautiful cozy house and very well kept. Nice clean and with all facilities for comfortable stay. It seems like the owner has heart of an Indian 😍.

I liked the roomy layout of the house. I loved that there were fans in the bedrooms.
