A+ friendly and helpful customer service. The motel exceeded our expectations. Spacious, clean, beds super comfy, gorgeous modern decor and a jet force shower. Very close to the shops etc. We will use again.

The room had been up graded, new carpet, painted, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, very spacious for a family of 5, loved it. Also, te rapa Base was just down the road, stadium down the road as well, location was excellent .

I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and every time, I leave happy and impressed. The staff here are absolutely lovely—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful toward guests. They made our stay feel special from the start, answering all our questions with kindness and care. We stayed here on New Year’s Eve and really enjoyed it. The room was very spacious, with an excellent little kitchenette that made it easy to prepare whatever we needed. The bathroom was also roomy, with a few nice amenities provided. The free parking right outside your room is a huge plus. The location is perfect, making everything so convenient. I’ll definitely be returning and strongly recommend too.
