Use of buggy was great, close to marina and the resorts. Tidy house. Staff were easy to communicate with and having a kitchen was great, so could enjoy a breakfast at home before setting out. Washing machine and dryer were used and came in handy.

We loved the view and the use of a buggy. It is such a convenience. Not every time the buggy is included in the accommodation rate, so this was definitely a plus. We stayed at apartment 14 and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We liked the fact that it was in the quiet area, and we were not disturbed by the night life. We had a nice water view with cockatoos visiting us on the balcony. Check in and check out was also quick and smooth, host was helpful and friendly. We would definitely book again. We did the Whiteheaven beach cruise, which was pleasant. Most of the days, we hang around the Bougainvillea pool, which is good for kids. We tried the Main pool too, which is right next door, but it was quite noisy for us. Both pools are also right next to the beach. Make sure you visit the One Tree Hill lookout for sunset, it is sensational. Lots of restaurants, cafes and IGA to use for groceries. Overall, we had an amazing time. It was our first time at Hamilton Island and we were very pleasantly surprised. The landmark is beautiful, the buggies are fun, lots of wildlife around and beautiful weather. Great destination if you need few days to relax and it is just 2 hours from Sydney.
