The staff were incredible! Everyone was lovely and the service and attention to detail is incredible. The anejo old fashioned is the best cocktail i have had and pablo is an amazing asset! The view from my room was amazing and it was a great place to finish off my trip

Was okay…. The breakfast on all 3 days was average and at times unpleasant to eat with eggs tasting overpowering of vinegar or rubber when scrambled and bacon too tough to cut (even when requested to be soft) On the first day we were left at IGA for 30 minutes after calling the chauffeur - with a melting bag of ice - apparently due to a miss-communication. We had to clean sand off the outdoor lounge before we could use it on arrival as neither it nor the floor had been cleaned. The second day we requested a bucket of ice to chill champagne - but this never came. On a positive note - the barista service and hospitality staff were fantastic as was check-in!

Very good really enjoyed it. Lacked enough chairs around the pool and bringing chocolates at night was weird. Staff were amazing.
