We found the basement apartment to be too cold.werent able to raise the heat ourselves.the fireplace thermostat was preset and would not go up. Otherwise everything else was fine.

The location was very convenient with easy access to major thoroughfares. Apartment was clean and had all the appropriate amenities. Parking in a residential driveway could have been problematic but hosts thoughtfully left parking for their guests.
