The personel was very helpful. I could reach them easily and they answer very quickly. The badthub was fun. Very nice building and location. Nice to have a private parking space. Check in was easy. We did not have to go to another location for this. It could all be done at the hotel itself.

No staff but no option to put n/a! Easy self check in Huge room for a good discount Big bathtub and balcony great pluses Located close to the popular Alster lake with nice views, people out jogging, boats, etc Handy for transport

This place has most definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was enormously large. Well, I was a single person in a room for your people, two large beds, so maybe some other rooms are smaller. I would Not know. Very comfortable. Nice furniture, including comfy beds with great linen, pillows. Wi fi signal was great. The password is hamburg1. The restroom was not huge but was nice. The room is in a nice large house. Very close to U train stop and also bus stop.
