Bed layout for family was great. Room tidy and bathroom good size. Set up for 4 people with glasses, mugs , towels etc, (that's something other hotels forget)

Excellent location just round the corner from the St Pauli Christmas market and a comfortable walk to the centre. Well appointed clean and comfortable room.

Victor, I think he may have been the manager was superb and saved the day for your hotel he was so helpful and arranged for the beds to be made up and issued us with clean towels. The breakfast staffwere excellent and very helpful. and the breakfast was very good value The cleaning staff did a very good job and the hotel was spotless

Comfortable hotel. Good location. Relatively larger rooms with all basic facilities available. Cleaning is per request, they do not run daily checks unless you let them know. Good atmosphere.
