A decent hotel in a great location. We needed to be in Barmbek, but it also connects to the U and S-train. It is right next to the station. Nice Sportsbar/burger restaurant downstairs. Rooms and service are basic. Elevator is ultra slow. Nice price for a decent hotel and location!

Very nice and quiet room. I did not hear the noisy railroad in my room. Beautiful sunset view from my window. To bad the hotel restaurant was closed (although the sign indicated it should already be open again). Staff could have been a bit more friendly. Didn’t provide a warm welcoming feeling. Problem ist they sit on a chair behond the counter. Standing up and looking the guests straight in the face would be so much better. Still, I will probably return here.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, they had small bags you could put on your door flif you didn't want cleaning and they'd put a little treat in there.

Amazing hotel, not far from Hamburg airport and the hotel is clean with lovely staff from the receptionists and the domestics, always willing to help. Definitely made my first time experience in Hamburg great. Will stay definitely recommend this hotel
