The location. The spacious room and big bathroom. The room had lots of light and was very warm (actually a bit too warm, but I opened the windows and turned off the heat as soon as I arrived). The dining table/desk was great too.

Nice cute apartment with kitchen. Great to have a fridge, small stove and even a dishwasher.
