The location was very central. It was very good. It is very advantageous to be within walking distance to the sights of the city. I had sent an e-mail for my room to have a river view. I was very pleased that it was taken into consideration. Check-in and check-out are done from inside the restaurant. I found this very interesting and surprising. The restaurant overlooks the river. I think this is very pleasant.

The Ruby staff is super nice. The breakfast covers many possible diets, so it's hard to stay hungry and disappointed. The AC in the room is very effective without making much noise. Despite of being right in the downtown area, the hotel is still quiet.

A hotel with a cool atmosphere and decor both in the reception and rooms. Centrally located and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the central station. Great that you get one free drink if you are ok with not have your room cleaned for 3 days. Cool Japanese toilet in the restroom. Comfortable beds and pillows.
