This hotel is sparkling clean—everything literally feels fresh and "crunchy" from cleanliness. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bedding and pillows are top-notch; I had a fantastic night's sleep. Another huge advantage for those traveling by car or attending events is the direct access to the hotel from the exhibition center (Messe) parking garage. It made logistics so much easier.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a nice and quiet area. We were very happy with our stay and found it easy to get around Hamburg from this location. Appreciated the complimentary coffee pods in the room.
