Staff friendliness, in particular at the reception. Laila helped us throughout our stay providing many tips and suggestions making our stay even smoother and more enjoyable. Room was also very adequate for our situation (incl. extra hanging bed which our 4-year old daughter enjoyed very much). Very generous buffet breakfast, ensuring a hearty start of the day!
