The extra bed for an additional guest has to be requested prior to arrival and be confirmed by the property. An extra bed is only available upon request and is subject to availability.A maximum of 1 extra bed and 1 baby cot are allowed.Guests travelling with children are kindly asked to inform the property in advance of their age.Please be aware that we have adults only slots in our Pool and SPA area. These slots are from 11am to 2pm and from 8pm to 11pm.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Convenient located, near the downtown, shops, grocery, Messe, airport.. etc New contemporary look, staff very helpful and friendly and fast service. Breakfast was amazing.

I asked for iron and reception answered that they are out of them. Somebody will come to my room to pick up the stuff for ironing. Next day I reminded to reception that I need it to be ironed at 11:30. At 11:45 I went out of my room and I was lucky to see some stuff who were cleaning the room. I asked for iron again and lady told me that she does normally this job but she hears for the first time that there was any orderers to iron some clothes in my room 215. As a result I was almost late for meeting in bank. It's strange to order service, then to remind about it and didn't get. Isn't it? Another issue was a day after. I made an appointment with my partner to have a business breakfast at 11h00 but he was late and arrived at 11h45. No food service, even coffee wasn't available. Lady in the he restaurant told me that they have nothing to offer from 11h00 until 14h00. It is strange for a 600 eur per night. Isn't it?

Excellent lo action for me . Right side office with many choices of F&B . Hotel lobby looks so pretty and I felt safe to stay there as a solo traveller . I stayed at level 8, where the lounge area is. Bed was comfortable , with air conditioning in room . Perfect. Good quality toiletries was a bonus !

The interior and facilities matches its 5 star rating. Room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. It’s in the middle of city but with window closed, very quiet!

Very nice staff. They helped with a baby-bed and carried our luggage to the room. Very good size of the room! Excellent spa in the basement with pool, sauna, fitness room etc. Perfect location!

Room, extremely comfortable - did not find the room blind switch until the second day but did not stop me having a fantastic sleep on the first night. Breakfast was a lovely buffet style and the staff were really attentive
