Good value for money but even with sat nav it wasn't so easy to find! Staff were great as we had a top box on and didn't think we could get the car in the underground car park but lovely lady on reception came out and showed us how to get in with a smile on her face and very polite. Continental breakfast in a very clean and busy room was adequate. Only one lift working and long waits but it wasn't a stress.

Based on the pre-existing reviews we were a little skeptical beforehand but this accomodation surpassed our expectations considerably. Very friendly personnel, good breakfast and a nice room with a comfortable bed and a bathtub (water pressure and temperature were excellent as well).

The room was great! The staff was nice. Housekeeping was done properly.
