We had a big and comfortable room for 4 people, the facilities were all great, the room was clean. Breakfast was also good with a lot of options. The reactivity of the staff was also great when we had a minor issue, so that was also a plus.

The hotel is very close to the metro station, so you can easily reach anywhere in Hamburg. It is clean. There is a lovely small breakfast cafe close to the hotel. The Alster riverside is relatively close.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help. I am very satisfied with how quickly and nice they assisted us with little son accommodation. The location is right near the subway, you can reach the city center in ten minutes. There are many wonderful children's playgrounds around, so in the evening we spent time there, without needing to ride far away. The room was very clean and well maintained.
