I had an overall very positive experience at NH Mitte Hamburg. The hotel stands out for its excellent location, offering easy access to the main points of interest in the city as well as public transport. The service provided by the staff also deserves high praise — consistently professional, attentive and helpful, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We were upgraded to a very comfortable room. The bed was huge and the bathroom very good.
