Overall, it was acceptable. The staff service was very good and friendly. However, the room was a bit old and not very clean. Requests made after check-in were not fulfilled, for example, asking for an extra shower chair was ignored, and even though we informed them about the sink leaking, nothing was done. The breakfast was decent, but the cleaning and clearing of tables were too slow. Although many tables were available, they were left dirty and uncleared, which meant they couldn’t be used immediately by new guests.

Free icecream in the lobby, shoe cleaner machine (kids loved this!), cute little rooftop gym and sauna, great buffet dinner and breakfast (very reasonably priced for the kids) and friendly staff. Rooms also very quiet, thanks to the two doors and good soundproofing. It was way better than I expected for our one night stop over and the kids now can’t wait to come back on our way home - especially as we’ve promised they can try the sauna this time.
