The location was excellent, very close to Altona station, which is much preferred over Hamburg Central station. Even though we arrived late in the evening, the staff were very amenable and friendly, providing us with easy access options that made our stay easy and pleasant.

I came at the evening and had no struggle with check-in and such things. Just got the code from the main door and took the key from my room from the Machine
