I was welcomed kindly and I was able to check in early last minute. They gave me a better room with a great view although I had booked a cheaper room

Location is great, staff very friendly. It was also surprisingly quiet during the night. It’s a little down (paint missing in places etc) but for what I paid it was grand.

Great staff. Good room with window at a calm little square. Very good bed. Restaurants and calm pubs around the corner.

This review is for a room for 3 guests with private bathroom! The hotel is within max 5 minute walk from the main train station. The room was very clean and warm. In the evevnings we were reducing the heating for comfort sleep. The hotel is very centrally located, all the sightseeings within walkable distance. All around the hotel are local pubs and other eating places. Special thanks to the administrator who helped us with some issues. Honestly we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hamburg!
