The reception is open between 08:00 and 16:00 during the week and between 08:00 and 20:00 on Saturdays. It is open between 08:00 and 14:00 on Sundays.Guests planning on checking in outside of reception opening times should contact the hotel at least the day of arrival to in order to get the pin code. Your credit card will be charged prior to receiving the pin code.Business guests are kindly requested to use their company's address when booking or place the address in the special request box.Please also note that there is no lift at this property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Fantastic service, very very lovely staff. Breakfast was superb! Got recommendations and tips for travelling the city and really loved my room. Was super unique and the bathroom was immaculate with fantastic pressure and heat to the water.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. About a 5 minute walk from the main station. A little quirky, but did the job!

I liked having a nice-sized room, nicely decorated and with good wifi; I appreciated being close to the train station as I was making several trips out of town. The staff were kind and I appreciated this. Breakfast was fine and plentiful and bags were provided so one could make sandwiches out of the breakfast rolls, cheese and meat. I would have liked nuts and seeds to add to the fruit and yoghurt at breakfast.
