Great instructions for the automated checkin which worked really well (albeit you need a smartphone). Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, great breakfast and friendly staff. It was very hot when we stayed and aircon would have given them a 10. There were a couple of places to eat a short walk away and free parking under the hotel which was secure

Very easy check-in and check-out. The location was very accessible and in a nice area with plenty of options to eat at. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was lovely!

This is an exceptional hotel Everything is of quality and we loved its organic objectives .Very easy parking and a very short walk to the S Bahn station .Rapid trains take you to the centre .Once there it is very easy to walk around.The ticket includes a boat ferry on the harbour so no need to pay for an expensive tour . There is also a very good Greek restaurant near the hotel .

Great room: modern, clean, good facilities. Very convenient to the s-bahn to travel into Hamburg. Convenient to local shops. Quiet.
