I arrived after midnight as the hotel I had previously booked for the night turned out to be awful and dirty. At Alster-Hof they said if Booking accepted my booking they’s find me a room. A booked a room and they gave me a spacious a room. It was nice and clean and comfortable. The location is central and convenient . The building and the rooms are not new but nicely kept and rather clean. I’m fully satisfied with my stay

We had a great time there. Very well located, people was really nice, rooms are big enough and well arranged, the breakfast options are standard and it is a lovely hotel

Warm (Feb) clean and comfortable. Easy access to the city and the city tube lines. Friendly staff as well.
