Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Love the big bath tub and big TV. Thank the friendly gentleman that make our stays so relax and enjoyable. Super value for money.

We had 2 fridges and a microwave in the room, which was very spacious (40sq m.) Although the room was 'smoking' the staff had aerated well before our arrival, and we could have the windows open. Lots of windows; plenty of light. Very quiet room on the 4th floor. There was also a 'room fresh' spray which we could use. The property was further from the station than we expected, but it was close to the sand dunes, where the kite festival was being held. That was our main priority. The staff were very helpful, even though their English was limited and our Japanese is limited.
