We had the very best experience staying at garden cottage! Spotlessly clean- and fudge on our arrival (nice touch!) but the best bits for us were it had everything you could ever need as a family! I forgot the dog towel (they had one!) kitchen roll- washing up liquid- washing machine- utensils - extra blankets- nerflix- enclosed garden for the kids and dogs- I could go on and on! But Ian and his wife are obviously organised people who know what a family needs. So thank you! The kids loved it- we loved it. Probably my most favourite accommodation I have stayed in without being a hotel. Ian also rang me the day we arrived and was really helpful. One more thing never ran out of loo roll- what a bloody novelty 🤣🤭 thankyou so very much for a much needed relaxing pleasant stay…. I hope we can come back. Thanks!!! 🙏 xx

We booked this place as it’s close to extended family. The property is bigger than it looks in the pictures. I loved the super powerful shower. Also it’s an extremely quiet area - although there are a lot of properties around we never heard or saw anyone - just the sound of birds. The decent sized enclosed garden plus a conservatory made it a perfect place for a dog. It was a short trip to Bantham beach (less than half an hour) where the kids had an amazing day on a beautiful Sandy beach. When we had a personal crisis the owner went above and beyond which was not expected but very appreciated. We will definitely return.
