Loved the room and bed was really comfortable. Nice pub and Beer garden if you get the weather. Good selection of ales in the bar. Had the breakfast and it was very good. Thank you Richard for an enjoyable stop over.

Richie was fantastic. Let us check in early so we could change for a funeral . A Really nice helpful guy. The place was clean but It’s in need of refurbishment . Cogent fault our host Richie though

I was warmly welcomed at approx 6pm by the owner at the bar and asked what time I'd like breakfast in the morning. A full English Breakfast - YUMMY! Time wasn't an issue and we agreed that 7.30am was good. I was then taken up to my room. When the door was opened I was delighted to see a very tidy well decorated room with two single beds - lovely decor with lots of heat! The radiator was on a thermostat and there was a window which I could open if I needed to. There was a TV, ensuite shower/toilet room and tea/coffee available. The beds were so comfortable and had very clean white linen with lovely white towels and some toiletries. I had my dog Margot staying with me too ready for a Field Trial the next day. There was a large car park with ample parking and a small garden at the bottom where I could take her out before we went to bed. We slept very well and the breakfast was delicious!! 5 star all round - amazing. Would definitely recommend to all. Thank you for a great stay.
