Hotel is okay, but it’s not a place where I would come back. Room is pretty. Breakfast was okay, some possibilities for you to eat. On the rooftop you have small swimming pool, but no staff there.

Wow! Where to start? This hotel wowed upon arrival with its sleek design and beautiful decor.... then there was the view (i upgraded to a Halong Bay View) and i spent hours just staring at this incredible bay. The room was large and modern, very clean and lots of amenities. We ordered a fair bit of room service and the food was fantastic and so cheap!!! 😋 The rooftop pool was sensational too, overlooking the bay and i watched the sunset, drink in hand on more than one occasion. I also treated myself to a massage and my nails, which were great! And again prices were brilliant! But... as my stay went on i soon realised that beyond all these incredible points of this hotel it was the team that made it! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and they got to know us like family. The hotel manager was just as fabulous and friendly always ensuring we were well looked after. I got back this morning and I'm already missing this place like crazy! Be sure to book you won't be disappointed!!

I had a wonderful stay at Thái Hà Boutique Hotel! The hotel is beautifully designed, offering a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The rooms are spotless, well equipped, and very comfortable. The location is also great, making it easy to explore the city. A special thanks to the front desk staff, especially Ms. Lan. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Her excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Thái Hà Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I will definitely come back!
